As a Street Photographer, you're required to have an enormous amount of conviction to interact with the public during their daily scripted show. There's no guarantee they'll respond in any appropriate fashion that may reflect everyday urban life.

I have to stay responsive and alert, finding reactions that will both acknowledge what the public is really doing and create a candid interpretation to the next scene.

This is not an exhibition that lets me drift away mentally, because I never have any idea what I'm going to witness in the unexpected moment or photograph next.

To interpret the crowds truly heightens ones sensibilities. You quickly learn perceptiveness to the validity of the streets and its inhabitants.

I accept any and all reactions in this urban show. It's pretty simple, people's unconventional behavior warrants my devotion of framing the nuances of life in the streets.

See you in the Streets!   Ed
